Legislation Description
This resolution will approve an agreement between the Navajo Nation Regional Behavioral Health Authority and the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System. It is an intergovernmental agreement in the amount of $1,896.790.00. The state of Arizona will provide funds to the Navajo Nation for purposes of providing behavioral health services to the members of the Navajo Nation. The agreement will run from July 01, 2016 to June 30, 2021.
