Legislation Description
The purpose of this legislation is to amend 1 N.N.C. § 552 (O) of the Navajo Sovereign Immunity Act and 2 N.N.C. §§ 4084 and 4085 of the Kayenta Township Home Rule to permit the Kayenta Township Commission to form wholly owned entities under Navajo Nation law.
