Legislation Description
This resolution, if approved, will prohibit Council Delegates from serving on the governing boards, management committees or commissions of any Navajo Nation-owned instrumentality and from serving as Shareholder Representatives or Member Representatives to any Navajo Nation-owned instrumentality.
