This purpose of this proposed resolution is to temporarily suspend the delegation of business site leasing authority granted to the Shonto Community Governance (Chapter) for a period of two years and to authorize the Western Regional Business Development Office to work with the Shonto Community Governance in negotiating with Navajo Hospitality Enterprise for a business site lease for the Shonto hotel.
