Legislation Description
To create a new “BRD Fund” (Enterprise Fund) consisting of revenues collected by the Business Regulatory Department from charging fees for business incorporations, registrations, etc. Revenues currently go into, and stay in, the General Fund, but would go into the new BRD Fund if this Act is approved.
