This resolution, if approved, will amend Title 2 N.N.C. § 1002 and the Navajo Nation Election Code Title 11 N.N.C. § 6 for purposes of permitting a President whose term has ended to continue his or her functions as President pending an election, certification and administering of oaths for the new elected President and Vice-President.
