Legislation Description
The purpose of this legislation is to approve Navajo Division of Transportation Aggregate Pit Fund Management Plan. According to the Navajo Division of Transportation Aggregate Pit Fund Management Plan, "[t]he purpose of the Division's Fund Management Plan is to authorize the Division to receive and manage funds generated by revenue-producing activities of the Division. These funds will be used to recover administrative, operating and maintenance expenses of the Division."
