Legislation Description The Transportation and Community Development Committee (predecessor to the Resources and Development Committee), through resolution TCDCJY-30-06, approved Newcomb Chapter's first Community-Based Land Use Plan in 2006. The Chapters are required to reevaluate and readjust their initial Community-Based Land Use plan every five years. The purpose of this legislation is to certify Newcomb Chapter's new Community-Based Land Use Plan which has been reevaluated and readjusted since the Chapter's first Community-Based Land Use Plan was approved in 2006.
