If approved, this resolution will approve and authorize an intergovernmental contract between the Navajo Nation and the Department of Health and Human Services for emergency medical services for a term of six years for the period of January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2023 and will approve the accompanying Annual Funding Agreement and Scope of Work.
