Return to Public Reports Legislation Details Resolution Number CJY-65-20 Legislation Number 0162-20 Legislation Title An Action Relating to an Emergency; Approving Meetings Through Telecommunications for All Governing Bodies of the Navajo Nation Legislation Description The purpose of this legislation is to approve telecommunication methods for the conduct of meetings for all public governing bodies of the Navajo Nation until the COVID-19 Declaration of Emergency is lifted, or unless the Navajo Nation Council determines otherwise. All inconsistent resolutions on telecommunication meetings will be superseded by this action. However, resolutions certified pursuant to 2 N.N.C. sec. 281(A) shall remain in effect pursuant to terms authorized.
