This resolution, if approved, will amend CAP-19-16 to transfer $8,300,000 in Permanent Trust Fund income from the NNGE to NNHE and allocate $11,400,000 in Síhasin Funds to NNHE to complete the Shiprock Hotel-Restaurant Project.
