The purpose of this resolution is tyo amend Rules 8 and 9 of the Ru;es of Order for Standing Committees of the Navajo Nation Council by limiting announcements to written announcements, limiting the time for presentation of visiting quests and officials, permitting the reading of legislation into record by voice recording and allowing for the use of a consent schedule.
