Amendments would include changing, throughout the Resolution, the citation of 25 U.S.C. § 450 et seq. (Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act, P.L. 93-638, as amended). An amendment would also remove the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) after Department if the Interior in Section Three of the Resolution.
