This resolution if approved rescind CJN-23-13, a resolution exempting the Navajo Nation Oil and Gas Company from the Navajo Nation Fuel Excise Taxes, 24 N.N.C. §§ 901-923, related to the development of the convenience store and gas station at Twin Arrows, Arizona, until the company has recovered its investment in the infrastructure costs associated with such development (such infrastructure costs estimated to be approximately $2.5 million), or for seven years after the beginning of operations, whichever comes first.
