This resolution, if approved, will establish a fund (Hashkééjí Nahat’á Béeso Bá Hooghan) for the benefit of the Judicial Branch from the proceeds of Navajo Nation v.. Department of Interior, No. 14-cv-1909 (TSC), and reimburse the Fixed Cost Litigation Account for the costs of the litigation.
